troveinvest founders (L-R) Daniel Rubinstein, Ulf Christiansen, and Stuart Reid
Established real estate investment and asset management experts Ulf Christiansen, Daniel Rubinstein, and Stuart Reid, have launched a new company, Troveinvest, based in Berlin.
The company will focus on commercial real estate investments in Germany, specializing in operational joint venture partnerships.
The trio brings over 85 years of combined industry experience. Christiansen, previously with Rockspring and later Patrizia, led value-add transactions and strategies for commercial and residential properties across Germany. Rubinstein managed asset management for a diverse portfolio, including retail, logistics, and offices, also at Rockspring and Patrizia.
Stuart Reid, a key figure in establishing Rockspring’s German office in 2001, has extensive experience in real estate investment and development management. He played a pivotal role in growing assets under management (AuM) and expanding the team, and after the Patrizia acquisition, led several commercial and residential development projects in continental Europe.
“We’re driven by the opportunity to shape a new real estate cycle with our trusted team. In uncertain times, well-thought-out strategies and consistent asset management are key to success,” says Christiansen.
