Kai Schubart joined CORPUS SIREO, the leading German service provider for real estate asset and fund management with a strong track record in transaction management, in 2004. As Head of Transaction Management Residential he was responsible for the sales division at “IMMEO” (formerly ThyssenKrupp real estate), a joint venture between CORPUS SIREO and Morgan Stanley. He then moved on to CORPUS SIREO’s Investment Brokerage division, where he led the Consulting Department for five years. There, Kai and his team advised national and international banks on the valuation and business planning of real estate companies as well as taking over sales mandates for international investors. Kai was appointed Director of International Client Management at CORPUS SIREO in 2012. His responsibilities combine the expertise in asset and transaction management for German real estate with international client management, especially assisting French investors in investments in Germany.
